• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (Preferred, Not Required)
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring (Preferred, Not Required)
• Tech Cert Verification - National (Preferred, Not Required)
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) as applicable
• NIH Stroke Certification (Required for specific RNs)
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam

        • 3 call outs results in termination
        • Notice given 48 hours in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours for pay period
        • Notice given 1 week or more in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in termination
        • Plan for at least 4 hours to complete modules prior to start date
        • If 1-2 Holidays fall within assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 1 Holiday
        • If 3 Holidays fall within the assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 2 Holidays
