• Certification Details
• ACLS, BCLS, NIH required
• Orthopedic, total joint replacement nursing care specific is strongly preferred
• Available to work mandatory 5 shifts for clinical orientation week. (36-40 hours first week)
  • Job Details
  • START: 11/12; 26 weeks preferred
  • 2 years experience required
  • No locals - must be greater than 30 miles from facility
  • 1:6 patient ratio experience required; PCU level patients!
  • Every other weekend requirement
  • Float required (within scope)
  • No block scheduling allowed

        • Additional Details
        • 3 call outs result in termination
        • Notice given 48 hours in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours for pay period
        • Notice given 1 week or more in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in termination
        • Plan for at least 4 hours to complete modules prior to start date
        • If 1-2 Holidays fall within assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 1 Holiday
        • If 3 Holidays fall within the assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 2 Holidays
