Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Specialist responsible for
managing escrow functions related to tax, insurance, and mortgage
processing.
Key Responsibilities
Research and complete tasks related to tax, insurance, loss draft,
and mortgage insurance within service level agreements
Disburse tax, mortgage insurance, and loss draft amounts in a
timely manner
Document loan activity accurately and respond to inquiries in
accordance with investor guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related
field preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in mortgage loan servicing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer operation
General knowledge of mortgage banking processes and federal/state
regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
